The biggest difference is that AutoCAD is a CAD software and Revit is software for BIM. While AutoCAD is a general drawing tool with broad application, Revit is a design and documentation solution, supporting all phases and disciplines involved in a building project.
Also if possible leave the oppertunity to expand the mem in the future (go for 2x 16gb sticks). GPU could be important if you also want to run other CAD applications. Might need a quadro for those but for Revit it isn't worth the extra cash. My personel experience with AMD cards are very good with Revit.
