Brown has a need-blind admission policy for all US citizens and permanent residents. Need-blind admission simply means that your ability to pay for your education will not be a factor in the admission decision.
Princeton does not require the CSS PROFILE form and will not accept it unless combined with the PFAA. In addition, tax forms and other supplemental information must be submitted directly to Princeton, not to the CSS IDOC service. It's a great sign that the loan percentage is so low at Brown University - in fact, Brown University is in the top 10% of schools in terms of how many students have to take out loans. This usually means the school has a strong financial aid program, and grants are enough to pay for the cost of college.
