The 3700X official support is for 3200mhz. That said 100% of 3700X CPUs should work with 3600mhz RAM with a 2x8GB or 2x16GB config. This does depend on your motherboard support. If you are trying to run a 3700X on low end b350 or b450 mobo that only supports 3000 or 3200mhz RAM then 3600mhz will probably not work.
