During your event, you can easily tell if attendees are no longer focused on your presentation. The attention indicator shows if an attendee has minimized the event window or brought another window in front of the event window. After an event ends, you can generate reports to obtain data about individual attentiveness.
Anyone attending a Webex session may view shared data, but only the person designated as the Presenter may share presentations, screen/desktop, or applications. Webex Meetings or Training: The host can designate most meeting attendees as the presenter.

- Go to uwmadison.webex.com.
- Select the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right corner.
- Choose My Reports in the list.
- Select Usage Report.
If you're using Android 5.0 or later, you can also share your screen during a meeting on Webex Teams for Android. During a meeting, select Share screen . When you're finished, tap Share screen in the meeting to stop sharing. You can share everything on your screen during a meeting.
Turn On or Off Attention Tracking in a Training SessionSelect Session > Options. On the Communications tab, select Attention tracking. For Mac users, select Webex Training > Preferences > Tools > Attention Tracking.
How to record a Webex meeting
- Click "Record." The "Record" button is at the bottom of the desktop app.
- If you are using a paid account, you can now choose whether to record to the cloud or to the computer.
- Choose a destination and click "Save."
- The "Recorder" pop-up will appear.
View data about how many participants attended a session and how many minutes the session lasted. Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Common > Usage. From the Service drop-down list, choose a service or All.
Select Recordings on the left navigation bar. On the My Recorded Meetings page, you can see recordings for all the Webex meetings, events, and training sessions that you hosted and recorded. To play a recording, click the name of the recording.
Where is my recording stored? Webex stores all your recorded meetings either locally on your computer or on your Webex site. You can access your recordings and share or download them from your Webex site.
The Cisco WebEx Meeting Center application on the iPad, which is available for free to download from the AppStore or iTunes, allows users to simply click to join and actively collaborate in CiscoWebEx meetings. To participate in a WebEx meeting on the iPad, there is no need for a WebEx host account.
While you're playing the meeting in the Network Recording Player, select File > Convert Format > MP4 (MPEG-4). If this option is dimmed, it's because you're trying to convert a streaming recording. Download the file to your computer and try again.
When the desktop app opens, enter your MSUB email address in the Email address text box and click Next. On the "Which Webex site do you want to use" screen, select msubillings-student.webex.com if you are a student or msubillings.webex.com if you are a staff or faculty member and then click Next.
You can download a Webex recording of a video meeting whether you have a paid account or a free account. To download a meeting stored in the cloud, go to the Webex web page and click the "Recordings" icon in the navigation pane on the left.
