One can get up to a total of 25 non-challenge perks with all four DLCs installed. With all DLCs installed there are 117 regular perks. Companion perks, as their name suggests, are granted by one's companions.

enter setname without any parameters to remove the override, and then set their names as per usual. Fallout 4 v1.
RENAMING ITEMS IN THE WORLD
- Open the console by pressing the tilde key (~).
- Click on the object you want to rename.
- Type: setname "<new name here>"
If you're on PC, there's no need to restart your game and be majestically reborn as “Assface.†Instead, hit the tilde button while in-game. (AKA this squiggle of ultimate power: ~) Type into the console “ShowSPECIALMenu.†This will bring up the SPECIAL board where you can change your name.
