When the document is open, there is (currently-Google moves things around a lot) a blue Share icon in the upper-right corner. If you hover over it, you will see the name of the owner plus the number of people that the document is shared with.
To transfer ownership of all documents from one user to another:
- Sign in to the Google Admin panel.
- Click the Settings tab, and then click Drive and Docs in the left column.
