He is only the Jinchuriki of Kurama, as he always has, but that portion of the other Bijuus' chakras allows him to acces their nature transformation, which is why you can see Naruto's chakra release as Magnet, Lava and Boil on the Naruto Wikia page, despite his natural affinty being only wind.

In chapter 309 when Sauske appears inside naruto and talks with the nine tails, after madara is mentioned sauske makes the fox disappear, but the fox then tells sauske not to kill naruto because he will regret it. was the fox just trying to save himself or was this meant to foreshadow somthing greater.

Nine-tails was extracted from Naruto during the fourth Shinobi World war by Madara Uchiha. Naruto almost died when this happened. However, later in the series, Kurama was resealed and therefore, Naruto is still the Jinchuuriki of Kurama in the epilogue.
Gaara died when they removed the Shukaku from Gaara but he was brought back to life by Granny Chiyo but he can still control sand even without the Shukaku. His mother knew she would die if they put the Shukaku in Gaara but for her it was fine because she'll willing to die for Gaara to live.

Yagura, an active murderer, deserved to be punished for turning his village into a totalitarian state of fear and corpses. He made Zabuza look cuddly. But without the Akatsuki, he may have never been stopped.
If I'm not wrong I believe Zabuza killed Yagura. In episode 17 of Naruto Kakashi states “ You assassinated the Mizukage, but failed to pull off a coup.” It's not stated specifically which Mizukage he killed but with the timeline of things Yagura makes the most sense.
