What does a crisis supporter do? Once accepted, you will complete training to become a qualified Crisis Supporter. Depending on your training, you will respond to people in need of support on the phone, via web chat or through Lifeline Text. You will listen to what's going on for the person who has contacted you.
Is Crisis Text Line Confidential? Yes. Crisis Counselors only know what texters share with them, and that information stays between you, unless sharing it with emergency services is absolutely necessary for your safety.

Who are we. Lifeline Direct (LLD) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifeline Australia, delivering the suite of Lifeline's services across six geographical regions in both NSW and Victoria.
In simplest form, the horizontal lifeline consists of a cable attached to two or more anchor points on a roof-top, crane runway, bridge or outdoor construction site, or any other elevated work area that poses a fall risk to personnel.
